Adolescent is the very important time for one life. During that time, a person’s characteristic is being cultivated. The parents play the main roles in teenager’s time, what they say and do will have great effect on their children, even decide the kids’ future. So the parents need to pay attention to the right education.
青少年时期对于一个人的一生来讲是很重要的。在那个时期，一个人的性格会养成。父母在青少年时期扮演着重要的角色，他们所说和所讲的会对他们的孩子有很大的影响，甚至决定了孩子的将来。因此父母需要注重正确的教育。
First, the parents should treat their children as the grow-ups. In the parents’ eyes, no matter what how old their children are, they always treat them as the babies, so they will be easily to make every decision for the kids. In the long time, the children will be rebellious and don’t want to talk to their parents, because they think there is nothing in common between them.
第一，父母应该把他们的孩子当做成人来看待。在父母的`眼里，无论他们的孩子多大，他们总是把孩子当做孩子来看待，所以他们会很容易为他们做所有的决定。长期下来，孩子会很叛逆，不想要和他们的父母交谈，因为他们觉得和父母之间没有共同的话题。
Second, the parents should encourage their children. As the parents always treat their children as the babies, so they will deny their children’s ideas all the time. It is wrong to do it, the parents should not deny them, they should encourage their children and lead them to have their own thinking. It is better to let the children realize their faults by themselves.
第二，父母应该鼓励孩子。由于父母总是把他们的儿女当做孩子，因此他们总是会否定儿女的想法。这样做是错误的，父母不应该否定他们，应该鼓励孩子，引导他们有自己的思考。最好让孩子自己意识到错误。
Teenager’s education is of great importance, the parents should do it in the right way.
青少年的教育很重要，父母应该要找到正确的方式。
It is said that the world without love like the fish without water. I think it is right. Love is of utmost importance to us humans. Love is like the sunshine which makes people feel warm. Love is like the light in the dark which can give people hope and call forth peoples strength and help them step out of their difficulties. In our world, everybody not only needs love, but also should give others love.
I can think of no better illustration of this idea than the following instance when someone is starving to death, just a little food and water from you may save his life. Again, when a little girl in a poor rural area drops out of school because of poverty, just a small sum of money from you may support her to finish school and change her life. In these case/circumstances you have given love which is like a lamp in a dark place where light is most needed.
有人说，没有爱的世界就像没有水的鱼。我认为这是对的。爱对我们人类是至关重要的。爱情就像阳光，让人感到温暖。爱就像黑暗中的光，可以给人们希望，唤起人们的力量，帮助他们走出困境。在我们的世界里，每个人不仅需要爱，也应该给予别人爱。
我想不出比下面的例子更能说明这个观点的了。例如，当有人饿死时，你的一点食物和水可能会挽救他的生命。再次，当一个贫困农村的小女孩因为贫困而辍学时，你的一小笔钱就可以支持她完成学业，改变她的生活。在这种情况下，你所给予的爱就像黑暗中最需要光明的地方的一盏灯。
我现在最喜欢英语老师了，我的英语老师很和蔼，对学生像对自己孩子一样，虽然，她没有孩子，可是，我们却成了老师的干孩子，在英语课上，她不但给我们讲课文，还在讲课的时候把一些故事带进课堂，所以我们都说她是我们学校五年级最好的英语老师，英语老师长得也很漂亮，英语老师再将课的时候手机响了，他从来不会去接电话，就着一点，我没同学就很佩服她，还有英语老师办的英语小组，每年都有很多人，好的坏的都有，学习不好的老师不但不嫌弃，还一遍又一遍的教，直到教会为止，学习好的进度就快些，英语老师穿的也很朴素，不像其他老师穿得那么漂亮英语老师还经常表扬学生，从不对学生发脾气。

To begin with, most students will become more hardworking and efficient in order to finish the learning tasks satisfactorily. Moreover, with two degrees at hand after graduation, they will stand a better chance in the job market full of fierce competition. In the third place, as for today's university students, tuition and fees are becoming more and more expensive. If they can make achievements in study at school and find a satisfactory job afterwards, it will not be a big problem.
Weighing the pros and cons of such a new trend, we can naturally arrive at the conclusion that it is beneficial and rewarding. This system not only compels students to work hard, but also prepares them for the coming competition.
